Important Details
Unused sessions roll over until membership is cancelled. All unused sessions expire upon cancellation.
No long-term commitment — membership renews monthly until cancelled.
Sessions may be used on the same day; each appointment counts as one session.
Basic Flex Pass sessions cover one adult. Guest rates apply when bringing additional participants, unless otherwise noted.
Ultimate Flex Pass sessions include up to two adults. Guest rates apply for additional participants beyond those included with the membership.
Discounts apply to additional sessions beyond the included monthly allowance.
Basic Flex Pass does not include Private Salt Cave, Private Group Salt Cave, Family Salt Cave (Relaxation Salt Cave), or BrainTap sessions.
Ultimate Flex Pass sessions count as one full session whether one or two adults attend and cannot be split into separate uses.
