Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 3-hour notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and our other clients miss the opportunity to receive services they need. 

In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your credit card or alternatively billed out to you:

  • Clients who have more than 1 missed or canceled appointment within 3-hours of their scheduled appointment time during a 1-month period, will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service for their missed or late canceled visit.

  • Clients with memberships who have more than 4 missed or canceled appointments within 3-hours of their scheduled appointment time during a 1-month period, will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service for their missed or late canceled visit.

Membership Cancellation

Membership cancellation/conversion request forms must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the membership auto-renewal date. Requests received less than 72 hours will be applied to the following month. Members may use their membership up until the last day of their membership, regardless of when the cancellation request is made. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of your membership.
